Refund Policy
If your keyboard came with a defect, we'd be happy to replace it or refund your order for a limit time period of 14 days after delivery. The items must be unused and in brand-new condition.
Please contact us before sending it to us. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to StenoKeyboards. We will refund your order minus the cost of shipping.
No returns for merch or clearance products.
