Refund policy

If your keyboard or product came with a functional defect, we'd be happy to replace it or refund your order for a limited time period of 14 days after delivery. The items must be in like-new condition with the original box. We do not accept returns for non-defective keyboards. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to StenoKeyboards. If a refund is issued, we will refund your order minus the cost of shipping. The cost of shipping is non-refundable once we ship out your package. Please reach out to us before shipping any items so that we can provide you with our return address.

We do not accept returns for merch or clearance products.
