Refund policy

If your keyboard or product came with a functional defect, we'd be happy to replace it or refund your order for a limited time period of 14 days after delivery. The items must be in like-new condition with the original box. We do not accept returns for non-defective keyboards. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to StenoKeyboards. If a refund is issued, we will refund your order minus the cost of shipping. The cost of shipping is non-refundable once we ship out your package.

We do not accept returns for merch or clearance products.
