Abby's left hand modifiers!

Have you ever needed to use keyboard shortcuts like control+c and control+v? You can do that with steno very easily with Abby's left hand modifier python dictionary!

Prerequisite for this dictionary to work is the Plover python dictionary plugin.

All you have to do is download the python dictionary from this link, and import it into Plover for it to work. Abby made a great README file that visually demonstrates how to use this awesome dictionary.
